PROJECTS
The Wetlands Project is a community outreach initiative where I stamp the environmental thoughts of the public on their photographs, which are then woven together in a web like fashion. The result hangs on a loom inside buildings, or can be transported to site specific installations, such as Rattle Snake Trail, seen here. The Leaf Project is a concept which introduces elementary school children with our list of endangered species in Florida. They stamp the name of their chosen animal /plant on my dried leaves and research their species for a report. I then dip the leaves in resin for longevity, string them on twine and photograph the result in the wilderness.
